Yep, pissed Flynn got caught and the lie was exposed. And pissed he had to fire Flynn for it.

    C'mon Pence, think this through.
    Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!

For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.

Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

I had to check to make sure that was an accurate report on Trump's response (after two years of this crap, why should I have doubted?) and sho 'nuff. When asked about the very serious topic of anti-semitism, Trump instead talks about his amazing victory and throws out a couple of cliches regarding antisemitism at the end. Embarrassingly puerile, coming from the head of our nation.

The people celebrating the leaks that brought down General Flynn are much of the same people who called for the heads of Edward Snowden, Chelsea Manning, and other Obama-era whistleblowers/leakers.

It's funny to watch the Democrat leadership act as though Flynn lying to Pence (and to the public) is some unforgivable offense. Remember that President Obama’s top national security official, James Clapper, got caught red-handed not only lying to the public, but also to Congress — about a domestic surveillance program that courts had ruled was illegal. Maybe you didn't know this but lying to Congress is a felony, yet Clapper kept his job until the very last day of the Obama presidency.

            YW everyone.

                • That Trump is a narcissist is beyond dispute. It's been interesting that a lot of amateur psychologists have claimed Trump suffers from clinical Narcissistic Personality Disorder, an established mental illness. So perhaps Trump was relieved when one of the psychiatrists who helped write the diagnostic guidelines for NPD stated unequivocally that Trump is not mentally ill, clinically speaking (at least such cannot be established without a thorough, private examination), and does not have NPD. I confess I was almost disappointed by this, as I tend to enjoy all of the piling on. But then I read the psychiatrist's letter that, while confirming what I just summarized, went on to provide a still very disturbing critique of our President. I'll provide the bulk of the letter below.

Most amateur diagnosticians have mislabeled President Trump with the diagnosis of narcissistic personality disorder. I wrote the criteria that define this disorder, and Mr. Trump doesn’t meet them. He may be a world-class narcissist, but this doesn’t make him mentally ill, because he does not suffer from the distress and impairment required to diagnose mental disorder.

Mr. Trump causes severe distress rather than experiencing it and has been richly rewarded, rather than punished, for his grandiosity, self-absorption and lack of empathy. It is a stigmatizing insult to the mentally ill (who are mostly well behaved and well meaning) to be lumped with Mr. Trump (who is neither).

Bad behavior is rarely a sign of mental illness, and the mentally ill behave badly only rarely. Psychiatric name-calling is a misguided way of countering Mr. Trump’s attack on democracy. He can, and should, be appropriately denounced for his ignorance, incompetence, impulsivity and pursuit of dictatorial powers.

His psychological motivations are too obvious to be interesting, and analyzing them will not halt his headlong power grab. The antidote to a dystopic Trumpean dark age is political, not psychological.

That's quite the sophisticated tongue lashing. Sadly, President Trump will never have the chance to hear for himself what the good doctor has diagnosed (doesn't read), unless someone can figure out how to get it displayed on a graph during prime time on CNN.

Intelligence Official: Transcripts Of Flynn's Calls Don't Show Criminal Wrongdoing

A current U.S. intelligence official tells NPR's Mary Louise Kelly that there is no evidence of criminal wrongdoing in the transcripts of former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn's conversations with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak, although the official noted that doesn't rule out the possibility of illegal actions.

The official also says that there are recordings as well as transcripts of the calls, and that the transcripts don't suggest Flynn was acting under orders in his conversations.

It is ironic as hell that the dems go on a witch hunt and get the only democrat in the Drumpf administration to resign... they burned one of their own at the stake. Now NPR is reporting he may have done nothing wrong.

Wait... this just in. The POTUS promising "more flexibility" to Russia after the election!

Good hell... The (former) POTUS was in bed with the Ruskies!
