Trump keeps tweeting about how McConnell and the Repubs had seven years to come up with a good plan to repeal and replace, and it's a fair criticism. But why haven't I seen any rips on Trump for his many campaign promises that he would provide a plan that was beautiful, would cover all Americans and at lower cost?
