As for, “Let’s ALL turn a blind eye to corruption.”. Exactly. The hypocrisy for one sided corruption is my point. As for things Trump is doing. There are things I can agree and others I do not.

one thing is for certain. During Biden’s time, my 401K was losing tons of money from his shitty policies. In one quarter, I have had one of the largest gain since last time he was in office. Now.. THAT I can get behind..
It took until September for my portfolio to recover from where it was pre-Trump's April dumbassery. Since it became apparent to the markets that TACO, the gains have become better. But then, my portfolio did very well under Biden as well.
    DJIA January 2017: ~20,000

Lol. My 401k had amazing growth during the latter part of the Biden presidency. So did the S&P500, NASDAQ, Dow, etc.

Yeah, and I haven't done so badly under Trump as well. A lot more volatile, but still doing well and much better than I ever imagined.

            Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!

For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.

Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

I am happy for you and your 401k. But I think you might be in the minority if you think the economy is doing well, and that Trump gets the credit.

Trump is also rated more negatively than positively on nine foreign and domestic issues, but his approval ratings for four of these — crime (43%), foreign affairs (41%), foreign trade (39%) and immigration (37%) — exceed his overall job rating.

His ratings on the other five issues match or trail his overall rating and include the economy (36%), the situation in the Middle East between the Israelis and Palestinians (33%), the federal budget (31%), the situation in Ukraine (31%), and healthcare policy (30%). Notably, the federal budget and healthcare policy are specifically related to the government shutdown.

FBI Warns of Criminals Posing as ICE, Urges Agents to ID Themselves

In a bulletin to law enforcement agencies, the FBI said criminal impersonators are exploiting ICE’s image and urged nationwide coordination to distinguish real operations from fakes.

Criminals posing as US immigration officers have carried out robberies, kidnappings, and sexual assaults in several states, warns a law enforcement bulletin issued last month by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The bureau urges agencies to ensure officers clearly identify themselves and to cooperate when civilians ask to verify an officer’s identity—including by allowing calls to a local police precinct. “Ensure law enforcement personnel adequality [sic] identify themselves during operations and cooperate with individuals who request further verification,” it says.

I reject the "they were corrupt so we can be corrupt" view of politics. But even if you felt fight fire with fire was needed, the level of nepotism, the frequency of pay to play, the bribery, etc far exceeds anything Biden did. And this admin and the current GOP will pay dearly for it electorally. They should pay for it legally but Trump will abuse the pardon power much worse than Biden.

Plus, Trump’s Supreme Court gave him carte blanche to do whatever the hell he wants.
