Yes, absolutely. If it ends up looking like Johnson is a bigger threat, I will vote Johnson. lol @ the write-in notion.

I'm surprised that so many people can support HRC, the money for political favors through paid speeches and contributions to the Clinton Foundation is pretty damning stuff.
She's a a known disaster. A known disaster is better than a unknown, and potentially catastrophic disaster. Also, more than any woman in history she is prepared to be the President. She's put in the time, and gotten her hands dirty, she won't be afraid to cut some throats while shes in there.

Like I said... I'd rather vote for a known snake than a snake with visions of grandeur.

I agree, even if I think libertarian philosophy is naive, I'd vote for Johnson over Hillary if he had a better chance to best Trump.

I think where they really fall short is in foreign policy. Of course we've made such a mess of it over the years, that maybe that would have been a better approach for us anyway.

What if she's a known catastrophic disaster (which is how I view her)? Then you'd want the other guy, who could be a disaster but could be great. Trump is 50/50, the Rod Wilkerson of presidential candidates. He's the only guy standing in the way of Hillary. 3-5 more leftist hacks on the SCOTUS and the Constitution is dead pretty quickly. Second Amendment? Gone, baby.

This is a pretty good read from someone that worked for the Nader campaign in 2000 and the cost of protest votes.

I still have my Nader shirt that reads, “Vote your conscience, not your fear.” I still hold this sentiment. Sometimes, I still wear the shirt. But If I could take it back, I would vote for Gore in 2000 and urge others in the eleventh hour to do the same. Not because I believed in him specifically. Because he was a better match for my ideals than Bush. I threw my vote away on principle. I still have my principles but life as a good citizen is more complicated than that.

I’m not going to tell you who to vote for, but do your homework. The hard kind. The kind you don’t find on Facebook or Fox News or CNN.

                    Beware the clean narrative.

Truth is always more complicated than a Tweet or a sound byte and it doesn’t matter if you “like” the candidate. It matters the policy they will enact. Get beyond your “gut” and really think through the policies each of them proposes and weigh the likelihood of those policies being real plans versus propaganda to sell on the nightly news. Think about the people who you love that might be positively or negatively affected by these policies. Think about the people you don’t know who might be affected. And then…

                    Vote pragmatically.

I tend to believe that 99% of what Trump says is blow-hard propaganda to get him publicity on the nightly news. And while that may be a GOOD thing, I'm still not voting for him.

If the Write-Ins would join Johnson, we could defeat those bastards.

Upon rejecting the Beatles, Dick Rowe told Brian Epstein of the January 1, 1962 audition for Decca, which signed Brian Poole and the Tremeloes instead.

I would love to see him get to the 15% so we can see him compared with Hillary and Donald

The Libertarian platform is not perfect but the candidate is a hell of a lot better than either of the national candidates.

Yeah, then Johnson can be President of this message board!
