Who will the Castro brothers inspire?

Publicly shaming donors for exercising their constitutional rights seems like a really slimy thing to do. This isn't addressing the issues, its attempting to chill participation in the political process. Frank, as the local mouthpiece for the democratic party, what do you think of this?

          Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!

For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.

Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

I'm not sure they were donors.

Yeah. People are correct that Trump is piece of shit who has made our public discourse much more coarse and less inviting, and frankly made racist haters feel more comfortable in their own skin. Plus he's a fucking liar, the likes of which we have never seen in a previous U.S. president (so he has that going for him).

But this was a dick, dick move. Castro is blaming those people for what happened in San Antonio.

Good hell, don't add to the shitty coarseness of the dialogue. Up your damn game!

I just realized that tweet was from the Castro campaign :yikes:

I guess he’s getting desperate due to him having less than 1% in the polls

That tweet coming from someone’s campaign is uncouth. I thought it was an altright meme. Like Moli suggested, it speaks to serious desperation.

Donors are in the public database, so there is no expected right to secrecy, but just listing off a bunch of donors to invite harrassment isn't cool.

                        • Dems are going to lose if they keep their main platform basically what is summed up in this tweet.

                            • Elizabeth Warren proposes spending $85 billion to guarantee high-speed internet access to everyone in America.

“I will make sure every home in America has a fiber broadband connection at a price families can afford,” the senator from Massachusetts wrote in a post on the blogging platform Medium. “That means publicly-owned and operated networks — and no giant [internet service providers] running away with taxpayer dollars.”

Warren said she would create a federal Office of Broadband Access to manage an $85 billion grant program. The grants would be awarded to electricity and telephone cooperatives, nonprofits, tribes and municipalities that pledge to bring high-speed internet to underserved areas.

Well, it will certainly make it easier for the USG to monitor everyone's online behavior. I'm all for it.
