I used to think I would vote for a dirt clod over Trump, but so help me if Harris/Warren/Bernie get the nod, I don't think I could pull the trigger. They are scaring me to death with their absurd proposals."There is no creature more arrogant than a self-righteous libertarian on the web, am I right? Those folks are just intolerable."

Before November you do have the option to vote against those three on March 3rd.Originally posted by Jeff Lebowski View PostI used to think I would vote for a dirt clod over Trump, but so help me if Harris/Warren/Bernie get the nod, I don't think I could pull the trigger. I am with you. I haven't considered voting for Trump. However, I may revisit that decision should one of those three be on top of the D's ticket.Originally posted by Jeff Lebowski View PostI used to think I would vote for a dirt clod over Trump, but so help me if Harris/Warren/Bernie get the nod, I don't think I could pull the trigger. Drumpf > Dirt Clod > Harris/Warren/Bernie
I think I would vote for the dirt clod if there wasn't a Libertarian to vote for. But I would vote for Gabbard or maybe Delaney over the Libertarian. I like Delaney's health care proposal. The rest of the Dems and Drumpf are pretty much dirt clods as far as I am concerned. With Drumpf having a slight edge over the other dirt clods.

I think their are a lot of people out there that feel that same way. Voters will go in that booth and hold their nose and vote for Trump.Originally posted by Jeff Lebowski View PostI used to think I would vote for a dirt clod over Trump, but so help me if Harris/Warren/Bernie get the nod, I don't think I could pull the trigger. Which is absurd. The only thing the D's needed to do to win was not be crazy. So far, they cannot stop trying to out crazy one another.Originally posted by RC Vikings View PostI think their are a lot of people out there that feel that same way. This is going to turn out to be the real negative effect of the Trump presidency. Trump's utter lack of dignity and decorum and pandering to the more extreme and bass instincts of his own personality and those among his followers resulted not in the opposite result on the other side but rather in precisely the same result. Now, instead of having a presidential candidate running against Trump we are essentially going to be choosing between two Trumps. I think we will weather the 2020 election but I wonder if our common bonds will, in the future, be strong enough to bring these two spinning poles back together or if they will tear us all apart.Originally posted by imanihonjin View PostWhich is absurd. They have a whole year to destroy any hope any of them would have. If Biden can hold his ground without swinging farther left he may win but I believe the winner will be so far left they won't have a chance. Because of Gary Johnson not running this time I may throw my support behind...Originally posted by imanihonjin View PostWhich is absurd. The only thing the D's needed to do to win was not be crazy. I’d vote for Gabbard if she promises to wear that white suit at least once a week. Also....
"Discipleship is not a spectator sport. We cannot expect to experience the blessing of faith by standing inactive on the sidelines any more than we can experience the benefits of health by sitting on a sofa watching sporting events on television and giving advice to the athletes. And yet for some, “spectator discipleship” is a preferred if not primary way of worshipping." -Pres. Uchtdorf
