Biden could get to 8 of 10 with me if he agreed with expanding nuclear power and agreed to leave the electoral college alone. The problem is the 10 areas do not address foreign policy, national security, budget priorities, etc. They also only allowed very broad stroke answers to the already broad questions. The devil is in the details.
