Nah, all that is covered under the question of "anything in your personal life that should have been resolved with the proper authorities, but has not." Baptism = Jesus says you're clean. Seems like He's the proper authority, so you're good to go, unless you keep screwing around post-baptism.

Day 2 everyone is sharing their hypothetical situations to illustrate the many ways in which the policy would affect people. Also we see apologists prairie-dogging but retreating quickly into hiding.
Day 3 is usually the sky-is-falling progmo predictions of the end of Mormonism and quasi-insiders from reddit with rumors of mass apostasy. Day 3 is usually my fave because that is where guys like SIEQ shine, quoting a lot of other people with stuff that has been said before anyway, referencing his interfaith counsel pancake breakfasts, and bemoaning the impending end of days. In this case, SIEQ jumped the gun on Day 2 but I will give him a pass, as long as he shows up tomorrow with some good stuff.
Like any rule, there are always exceptions.

Like SU - who jumps straight to day 3 for every issue.

Actually...SU jumps straight to day 3 when there are no issues too.

cj is making me feel really self-conscious today. First on the typical RM thing, now on my premarital virginity.

One of the grandest benefits of the enlightenment was the realization that our moral sense must be based on the welfare of living individuals, not on their immortal souls. Honest and passionate folks can strongly disagree regarding spiritual matters, so it's imperative that we not allow such considerations to infringe on the real happiness of real people.

If you are on Day 1 you should be sending out funny, ironic religious memes that play off scriptures or hymn lyrics.

                • Pretty good timing by the church. The SJW Mob (a tribe of the Online Outrage Mob -- I would consider them, relatively speaking as the tribe of Judah or Ephraim) has set its eye of Sauron on all those backwards hill people that don't want trannies in womens' lockerooms or bathrooms. Fighting Big Anus's battles just doesn't carry the same street cred as it did six months ago.
Part of it is based on academic grounds. Among major conferences, the Pac-10 is the best academically, largely because of Stanford, Cal and UCLA. “Colorado is on a par with Oregon,” he said. “Utah isn’t even in the picture.”

“In some minds there seems to be an idea that there should be a different form of blessing for children born of non-members and for those who are identified with the Church; and it is from such sources that in the case of children belonging to members of the Church ‘the blessings of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob’ and all the attendant favors are frequently conferred upon the child. This is all wrong. If we take the example of our Lord and Redeemer, who is our pattern and whose example we cannot too closely follow, we find that He blessed all who were brought to Him. We have no hint that He asked whose children they were, or the standing or faith of their parents. His remark was, ‘Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me, for of such is the Kingdom of Heaven;’ and He laid His hands upon them and blessed them. All little children, no matter what their parentage may be, are innocent in the sight of heaven, and they should be received as such and blessed as such.”

Your role in the cosmos is to follow the prophet. I get to say it's wrong. You don't. You're too old to apostatize. Your reputation and legacy on the great moral issues of the day is fixed.

Is this racist? I think so. What if somebody said to cougjunkie or 3D, you're just a Latino, stop acting like a white guy; my ancestors are from Northern Europe; I don't have to pretend? Would that be okay? I don't think so.

cj has no shame. You can't make him change his behavior this way.

I know cj well and don't care bout him. He's more entertaining than offensive. I just want to let the world know where I stand because these scribblings will be around for a long time. Choose ye this day whom ye will serve.

I've been called a white guy many times, including once during a dodger game when I was sitting out in the pavilion with the rest of la raza.
