My guess is that title probably belongs to Nolan Bushnell.

I would guess I am in the top 120,000 though.

NO, he doesn't have the need to impress anyone.

About 30 students at Menihek High School in Labrador City, N.L., were sent home because of attire deemed to have violated the school's dress code — including wearing sleeveless shirts and having bra straps exposed.

He could have cemented his top spot:

In 1976 Steve Jobs went to Nolan to get him to put in some money in exchange for a minor equity stake in Apple. Nolan remarked, "Steve asked me if I would put $50,000 in and he would give me a third of the company. I was so smart, I said no. It's kind of fun to think about that, when I'm not crying."

I'll say that this one doesn't sound all that outrageous. Not that a corporate culture and high school are identical, but in the professional world I don't think I've ever seen the bra straps of anyone at work. Sleeveless shirts quite a bit during the hot summer, but there is a point where professionalism takes over.
"Discipleship is not a spectator sport. We cannot expect to experience the blessing of faith by standing inactive on the sidelines any more than we can experience the benefits of health by sitting on a sofa watching sporting events on television and giving advice to the athletes. And yet for some, “spectator discipleship” is a preferred if not primary way of worshipping." -Pres. Uchtdorf

Here is the irony about modesty. Why did humans in those prior epochs decide to start teaching modesty, i.e., what is the PRACTICAL reason? Ultimately, it was to avoid unwanted pregnancy, or even disease, if early civilizations understood about sexually transmitted disease. People should be responsible about sex, even primitive peoples knew that; hence, sexual morality, and hence modesty. (But men are wrong if they think that women dress in attractive ways just or even always principally for the men.) So nowadays where are the unwanted pregnancies occurring? In communities most hung up about modesty and sex, communities that mistrust or even hate science, communities that demean women and their bodies, communities that disparage progressive norms, communities where religion holds sway as the primary source of morality teachings.
When a true genius appears, you can know him by this sign: that all the dunces are in a confederacy against him.

Did you have some data to back up your conclusion? Or is this like the law school diversity thing where your assumptions ended up being inaccurate? For the record, in 2012 Utah had fewer teenagers who gave birth per capita than Washington. The states were ranked 13th and 14th, respectively, for lowest teenage birth rate. Progressive states like Oregon, California, and Colorado were even further down the list.

EDIT: I suspect you'll point to the fact that a state is not necessarily a community, but since you're not providing any community data, statewide data is what we have to work with.

I have a feeling this is going to be an airball for SU. The guy never does anything more than split a pair at the line.

I just figured that what he meant was the teens in those other places WANT to be pregnant. So it stands to reason that the pregnant teens in those states aren't counted as unwanted pregnancies. Swish.

You can't look at all of Washington, unlike Utah. We're very diverse.

Yes all of those primitive communities like New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, California, etc. that rank in the top 10 in teen birth rates.
