Is anyone here concerned that Trump might win? Or is everyone pretty confident that the evil person on the left has this thing locked up? A few people in my town who can't stand Hillary will publicly express disgust at Trump, but admit to me privately that they will be marking his bubble come that first Tuesday in November. Given all the stops Hillary has pulled, I expect her to have many tricks up her sleeve to make sure she doesn't lose. I feel like my life will be more screwed by what CA legislators do than either one of them, but I am still depressed that they are the choices.
Trump doesn't have a chance in hell of winning this election.

"Discipleship is not a spectator sport. We cannot expect to experience the blessing of faith by standing inactive on the sidelines any more than we can experience the benefits of health by sitting on a sofa watching sporting events on television and giving advice to the athletes. And yet for some, “spectator discipleship” is a preferred if not primary way of worshipping." -Pres. Uchtdorf

I don't think he wins, but his chances are far greater than a chance in hell. I'd still put is 60-40 for Hillary. If you look at the electoral college this thing is tight at the moment.
My favorite recurring theme is Trump supporters frustratedly asking, "WHY DOES THE MAINSTREAM MEDIA CALL TRUMP RACIST?? NAME ONE THING HE'S SAID!!" Inevitably somebody answers with a litany of resounding evidence and the person lamely begs off the discussion, but then they persist in asking the question later.
"I'm anti, can't no government handle a commando / Your man don't want it, Trump's a bitch! I'll make his whole brand go under,"
I think Hillary wins the election pretty handily, all things considered. When that happens, does anything change within the GOP? Do they adjust their platform? Do they end up fracturing? I'd love for this to be the beginning of the end of a two party system, but that's probably only wishful thinking.
You want to see Communist, er Democratic Party become the de facto government a la the Communist Party of the PRC?

Upon rejecting the Beatles, Dick Rowe told Brian Epstein of the January 1, 1962 audition for Decca, which signed Brian Poole and the Tremeloes instead.

Just keep in mind, answering some anonymous voice on the phone when asked who you will vote for isn't public expression in the minds of most people. So they may not tell their friends but they are generally telling the pollster. From the primaries there is some evidence to support this idea. In fact, at least in the states where the opposition actively campaigned against him, Trump usually even underperformed the polls even if he still won. It just that in most cases he started off far enough ahead to absorb it. Virginia for example: Trump was up by like 18 points a couple of days before voting yet only won by 3. He didn't start overperforming the polls until close to the end when everyone was out or almost out.
the more they push their PC agenda and try their guilt and embarass techniques, the more people who are on the fence or voting for Trump get even more hardened in their position.
Voting for Trump is the way to tell these people to F-off with their guilt trip crap.
Agree. This pretty much explains the Trump phenomenon. It's the ultimate protest vote. Most of them know Trump is full of crap. But the funny thing is, that's the whole point. It's their way of giving the middle finger to whoever they think has been in charge by saying they'll vote for a crazy clown with bad hair.

Matthews is being a dick, but still. This is embarrassing. Sorry UT, I don't feel as bad supporting Clinton now!
