I won't even considering voting for Cruz unless he shows us his birth certificate."Discipleship is not a spectator sport. We cannot expect to experience the blessing of faith by standing inactive on the sidelines any more than we can experience the benefits of health by sitting on a sofa watching sporting events on television and giving advice to the athletes. And yet for some, “spectator discipleship” is a preferred if not primary way of worshipping." -Pres. Uchtdorf

Cruz will announce his candidacy from Liberty University. Seems like we already know what the main tenet of his campaign will be."Discipleship is not a spectator sport. You have to admit, that is a mighty low bar to clear.Originally posted by old_gregg View Postcruz is allegedly much smarter than he acts. how does the gop not realize how harmful candidates pandering to teabaggers is?"There is no creature more arrogant than a self-righteous libertarian on the web, am I right? Arghhh. I don't quite hate the guy, but I lump him in with Beck and Hannity. They are not republicans, but are conservatives according to them. Holy crap. They have ruined it for me calling myself a conservative. I wish they would call themselves "extremists in the fight for all that is good and righteous according to us".Originally posted by Moliere View PostCruz will announce his candidacy from Liberty University. How has it come to the righties and lefties running things?

Student attendance at Cruz announcement was mandatory
http://mashable.com/2015/03/23/liber...sity-ted-cruz/
Attendees whooped and hollered at Cruz's calls for liberty, booed when he mentioned Obamacare and cheered when he said he would repeal it. But the students, some of whom wore Rand Paul T-shirts, were required to be there, giving Cruz the appearance of a packed house for the first nationally broadcast campaign event of the 2016 presidential election...
...One student, commenting anonymously from Liberty University on Yik Yak, called Cruz's move to announce at Liberty "genius."
"To everyone else it looks like he has an audience of 10,000 young adult supporters," the user writes. "They don't know we have to be here."Fitter. Happier. More Productive.

Fox was covering it and said it was the largest Christian University in the United States. They then mentioned a student body of 10,000.
Fox needs to get it's crap together. The largest Christian University in the U.S. has three times that number.
Fox reminds me of Obama. They either lie on purpose or just seem to not care about facts.
