he should be, he has intelligence briefings and supposedly holds high level meetings about these things. Without a security clearance all Romney can do is read the newspaper, maybe beg for some table scraps from some Republican with a clearance. It's a lot more difficult to get a grasp on things when you don't have all the facts. It's smart for Romney to not be aggressive this debate.
