I think the post debate CNN polling will be interesting. To me Obama is clearly stronger tonight on the topics outside of the economy.

        Gerald Ford was pretty bald.
Part of it is based on academic grounds. Among major conferences, the Pac-10 is the best academically, largely because of Stanford, Cal and UCLA. “Colorado is on a par with Oregon,” he said. “Utah isn’t even in the picture.”

Nuts. Romney skipped the bit about Obama's pension.

Pretty heated exchange re: Obama's so-called "apology tour." Neither seems to have come up ahead by much.

They've both got some good jabs in, but to me Obama is clearly the stronger tonight, as he should be as the standing Commander in Chief. Not sure where this moves the needle.

Does the rest of the world (non-mormon) use the word "tumult?"

                      It doesn't.

Romney didn't fight the format that time. Good. (It did come after what was probably Obama's strongest answer.)

I think Romney has come across presidential. But Obama is clearly stronger discussing these topics.

Romney is deliberately pulling punches and going out of his way to be conciliatory. Interesting.

I'm already anticipating a DNC ad using all the clips of Romney agreeing with Obama decisions.
