Actually, I don't think that is much in question, either.

Don't worry about people stealing your ideas. If your ideas are any good, you'll have to ram them down people's throats.

I had a pretty pleasant Julys in my neck of the woods. Lots of rain relatively speaking too. This must be evidence of Global Cooling.
Part of it is based on academic grounds. Among major conferences, the Pac-10 is the best academically, largely because of Stanford, Cal and UCLA. “Colorado is on a par with Oregon,” he said. “Utah isn’t even in the picture.”

Apparently global warming moved to Oklahoma this year. It hit 115 in OKC the other day. That's unheard of up there.

Yes, I saw that. Let's hope it doesn't move down this way.

I think I'm in the clear. Yesterday was a new record high at a whopping 93 degrees. Head advisory issued and everything. lol.

That was a new level of (wo)man made heat and one I was willing to believe in.

The good kind of heat stroke.

There's three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who's got the same first name as a city; and never go near a lady's got a tattoo of a dagger on her body. I have the sweetest picture of myself in front of a bank temp sign in Tahlequah, OK in Aug of 1980 that reads 115*. I wore a white Tony Lama cowboy hat that summer, and nobody (church wise) ever said a word to me.

Babs, you'e going to have to fill me in on your OK connections. I served in the OKC III ward, and lived on 39th and MacArthur. FM lived in Tulsa and went to the Tulsa II ward, and went to the white brick building off the expressway around 11th ave. We could have a party!

Would you say "the science is settled?" Or perhaps "when the UNIPCC speaks, the debate is over."
