Not to distract from the heartwarming stories of rich people using expensive toys to save other rich people, but Rassmussen has Romney down two points in Alabama to Gingritch (Santorum down one) in a statistical three way dead heat, and they have Romney up by eight in Mississippi. If Mitt wins either of those states I think Santorum and Gingritch will need to change their underwear.

look, I don't have a problem with Romney's wealth, but it's not hard to see why a lot of people view him as an out of touch millionaire. He has not done a good job of connecting with the Mom and Pop kind of crowd and. That doesn't mean he has to, but it's not like this criticism is unwarranted.

I was skeptical of the poll that showed Romney up 9 points in Bama because it was some random group. But Rassmussen is a respected polling group that hasn't been too far off yet. Not that I want to see your levitating ass simians, but maybe you might want to get prepared at least?
