    This is what Marianne Gingrich says about Newt:
    "He believes that what he says in public and how he lives don't have to be connected,"
    Where have I heard this before?

    This is what Senator Coburn said about Newt on a Sunday morning news show:

    “There’s all types of leaders. Leaders that instill confidence, leaders that are somewhat abrupt and brisk. Leaders that have one standard for the people that they’re leading and a different standard for themselves. I just found his leadership lacking,”
    Part of it is based on academic grounds. Among major conferences, the Pac-10 is the best academically, largely because of Stanford, Cal and UCLA. “Colorado is on a par with Oregon,” he said. “Utah isn’t even in the picture.”

                                            In one day it's been revealed that Santorum's wife had some oddball affair with am abortion doctor and that Newt's is going to spill the beans about Newt's Craig James type tendencies. I'm believing that God really does want Romney to be president.

                                                I don't think Santorum is going to take much of a hit, nor do I think he should. If anything it might end up helping him because the tactic was so sleazy.

                                                Newt I'm not so sure about. It all depends on what the jilted ex has to say. She's already gone after him pretty aggressively and I wonder how much worse it can get.

                                                    Kind of agree on Santorum, but man, the Pittsburgh suburbs were a crazy place 40 years ago.

                                                    On the hobbit, if it's just more of the same, I wonder why ABC would be showing it. Even if it is more of the same, it sheds more unfavorable light on him and Calista. Even worse, it takes the focus off of Mitt and his tax/rich guy/vulture capitalist/no common touch problems.

                                                        Don't forget a whole country coming after Perry for his idiot remarks during the debate. The GOP field is seriously underwhelming with two exceptions.

                                                        Oh, and I also read the Newt wants to give Palin a key role in his administration if he becomes president.
