I feel really bad for that poor girl who was attacked and then the "adult" who attacked her just doubled down on it. She criticizes people for using children as "human shields," while she was out using this girl as a human sword to attack her opponents.

Sadly, most likely no. She is not going to resign. I think the only way to get her out is for her to loose to her primary opponent, who her minions are already calling a Democrat pretending to be a Republican.

Pretty much. Here is what the sponsor of Utah's transgender sports bill said about her:

"It is not brave or responsible to attack someone based on their outward appearance, especially when it's a child. It's horrible. A post was made to stir up controversy over a GIRL who plays basketball," Birkeland said. "There is a process in place to make sure that high school athletics in Utah are fair and where appropriate, separated by sex. Trust the process. And even if you don't trust the process, be good enough humans to handle your concerns through the appropriate channels. For those saying that player is a boy, PLEASE stop. With typical Utah legislature cowardice, they are censuring her, but not impeaching. It's like when your parent told you they were disappointed instead of punishing you. Basically getting off scot-free.
