Is this just a speech or some kind of executive order. If it is the former - yawn. If it is the latter, I can't imagine that would withstand judicial scrutiny.

This also feels like there is scheming behind it. Gabbard's weird performance showing up in Georgia to seize records etc was bizarre. MAGA is like is a cross between a low-rent soap opera and professional wrestling.

Some different from democrats and past republicans is this parasocial relationship MAGAists have with this administration. They use first names to refer to officials and other players.

It's nearly impossible to not be conspiratorial when it comes to Trump. He operates with secret meetings, enemy lists and has engaged in shady thing after shady thing. He fancies himself as a mobster and behaves like one. He work conspiratorially to overthrow legitimate election results.
You also can't support Trump without believing the "lamestream media," and "deep state" have been unfairly mean to him and witchunting him. He doesn't speak without ever avoiding blaming someone for something.
