She attributed this to voter suppression rather than ballot fraud.

“There’s no doubt that the Russians did interfere in the election, and I think the interference… if fully investigated, would show that Trump didn’t actually win the election in 2016.”
Carter later clarified that he accepted Trump as the duly elected president.
Kamala Harris (2018):
“Without voter suppression, Stacey Abrams would be the governor of Georgia.”
