      I'm not sure I understand this. Are you saying they want to get to discovery to find out who leaked the video?

        No, the NYT has been pretty clear about who their sources are. That’s part of the problem, their sources have been known in the past to promote blatant misinformation. What it might show is how strong or weak the evidence is and what the thought process was leading to the publication. But I don’t know, I’m just guessing based on speculation I’ve seen online.. I do agree that the odds of the overall suit being successful are pretty low.

          The video was shown on Israeli TV. Nine soldiers were arrested. Haaretz spoke to the doctor who took care of the victim. It's pretty clear the abuse happened.

          What's the potential misinformation? Is it the extent of sexual abuse in their prisons? There are more Palestinians who have claimed sexual abuse while in prison.

                I saw that and wondered if the poll was nationwide or the Wasatch Front. i almost always enjoy Maher's closing rants and last night's show was very good. I'm a fan of David French, one of the guests.
