When you placate bad behavior by one side because you empathize with their cause where you wouldn't tolerate other positions, this type of stuff is inevitable. A glaring double standard just throws more fuel on the fire

In the post I was responding to, there was a tweet with video. I hear a lot of name calling, and then random people jump in to push someone, and then jump back.
