  • I don't think there has ever been a presidential race with so much junk economic policy by both candidates. At least in my lifetime. I want off this ride.

This is the correct answer. We have a sociopath with no known guiding principles vs. the most far left ticket in American history (and that's saying something) being papered over with JOY!TM

Both their fiscal and general economic policies are absolute excrement. We have 35 trillion dollars in debt and near 100 trillion when you add in unfunded liabilities, and we are coming out of the worst inflationary cycle since the early 80s. But instead of talking about these very real and existential threats, you have one side talking about tariffs and the other side talking about large scale price controls.

Don't forget about crowd size - that gets more airtime than tariffs.

I should have to preface this by saying these are sincere questions but they are. It sounds like you expect Harris to be a lot than Biden economically than Biden. Do you think she could moderate if she were to win?

What do you think about things Trump has said, and perhaps more worrying, things his cronies have said about eliminating the fed?

she isnt going to implement price controls. the rest of the stuff seemed like good policy, increasing child credits, first homebuyers credits.

                    • Tulsi Gabbard is going to help Trump with debate prep. She does have an appetite for making nice with authoritarians.

I got some pushback on here for not buying her fake moderate act in 2020.
