    Is she OK?

I may be small, but I'm slow.

She's fine. Just a minor thing, and she was back running today.

I, however, am not. I need a day off, so instead of 70 this week I'll only get 63 done. I apologize for letting everybody down like this.
Awesomeness now has a name. Let me introduce myself.

I'm not sure if I have run 63 miles in the time I've been alive. I don't think you're letting anybody down.

This has been a great thread even though I'm not running. It's nice how supportive people are.

I've only made the drive once, traveling west from PA. We hit Omaha as the sun was hitting the western horizon and made the rest of the trip through NE and WY in the dark.

It is the same driving experience during the day.

I've done that trip twice. Once was as a teenager on a family vacation to Nauvoo. The second was for an internship in the quad cities after my junior year of college. I don't remember even stopping in Nebraska, not even for a potty break. I'm sure we did stop, but I don't remember it. Yeah, Nebraska.

                • I will finally claim responsibility for the conditional formatting on the spreadsheet. Colors go as follows:
                  • Mileage between .1 and 2.99 is purple-pink
                  • Between 3 and 5.99 is blue
                  • Between 6 and 9.99 is green
                  • 10 or greater is yellow

I was just messing with it at first, but now I like to quickly distinguish distances at a glance. But I realize that I acted outside of groupthink and without going through approved channels and I definitely did not create a BRD for this, so if it needs to be eliminated I do understand.
I have nothing else to say at this time.

                  • Just added my name and some runs I did this week. Not sure if I did it right.

From the ages of 3 to 12 I live in Scottsbluff NE. The Scottsbluff Monument and Chimney Rock were close to where I lived. That's all I got. Sorry.

Lived in Lincoln for a couple of years of graduate school. Very nice people.....

Ashfall Fossil Beds in the north-central part of the state were fascinating (http://ashfall.unl.edu/). American Rhinos fossils found at a ancient watering hole probably killed by volcanic ashfall from an erupting volcano in Idaho iirc.

Lots of red on the freeways, yards, and flagpoles on Saturdays in the fall.

                          I like it.

Following the standard groupthink channels, I propose someone with spreadsheet skills freeze the first column or 4 so we can see names as we scroll across to the daily miles.

They are frozen, aren't they? They are frozen for me at least.

                              • Ok...it's been a travel week in a city with few good running trails in town but great mountain biking, so it's been a light one. But I am back in. Down with Topper.

Also, do we have a treadmill multiplier? We should.
At least the Big Ten went after a big-time addition in Nebraska; the Pac-10 wanted a game so badly, it added Utah
