I think If we make our routine Regular for exercise, And morning walk we don't need of this, And also take those diet which have not more fat calories. in this way we maintain our fitness.
So, it's only been five days, but I'm already plateauing. I am keeping under my calories; I'm excercising, and I've actually gained two pounds this week (oh, and my exercise is all cardio with very mild strenght training of my legs to help take some of the pressure off my knees). What to do, what to do?
Hopefully it's just fluctuation/water retention, etc., but if it stretches into two weeks, I'm going to be concerned (which is what normally happens).

Here is what I suggest,
Stick with it
Drink lots of water
Examine the quality of the calories are you getting?
Stop looking at the scale. instead, how do you feel, how do you look, how do your clothes fit?
I'm down another 1.5 lbs for A grand total of 18.5. It's hard to get used to the idea of working my ass off and counting calories for 1.5 to 2.5 l s per week, but if I keep it up for 6 or 7 months, I'll be pretty happy.
Best part, though is that I ran almost 4 miles last night and my knees feel great. I think Hostile told me to strengthen my quads a few months back, and that advise has been golden.
Mission Accomplished. I'm sporting the smaller size dress shirt today. Sorry, Brooks Brothers, you'll have to wait another six months for a shirt order from GM.
I haven't lost any weight this week, but my clothes feel noticeably looser.
I've lost 50 lbs, my BMI is down from a high of 44 to 34. I'm doing the couch to 5k program and I'll do week 4 day 3 tomorrow. I've got 50 more pounds before I hit my goal weight and I suspect the last 50 will be harder to lose than the first 50.
Don't worry about people stealing your ideas. If your ideas are any good, you'll have to ram them down people's throats.

The program for weight loss is called Lap-Band, and it's expensive.

As of today, I'm down 53 lbs. since having baby funk (who will be a year old tomorrow). Before I got a gnarly case of shin splints, I was working out 5-6 times per week. I've had to slow down a bit, but I hope to get back into the swing of things.
