Beware of the cheap digital scale, however. I had one of those and it often would show me weighing more after dropping a deuce than before.
Prepare to put mustard on those words, for you will soon be consuming them, along with this slice of humble pie that comes direct from the oven of shame set at gas mark “egg on your face”! -- Moss

There's three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who's got the same first name as a city; and never go near a lady's got a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Now you stick to that, everything else is cream cheese. --Coach Finstock

See, I knew those things weren't accurate.
So Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.

So you are challenging the intelligence of Jay Santos? He says you should weigh less after pooping.

My official weigh in today - 210.3.

I've actually lost 13 lbs. since the beginning of January. Hitting an even 200 by the end of March sounds great.

I just can't lose much more than that...or else I'll just have to be sure I don't run my race in May too fast. I'm pretty sure I registered as a Clydesdale and I don't want to win the darn thing for my age and weight and then have them discover I'm actually 198 or something...

(Please recognize the tic above. There is no real danger of me winning any races unless the Pineview Damn breaks right before I get there and drowns everyone in front of me.)

I'm down two yesterday, then up one today. Part of the reason is that I weigh myself ever day just after my run. Thursday is my rest day, so no run. I lose about half a pound a mile on average, so you can do the math.

I weigh myself at that time because I consistently remember to do so. I actually have been tracking my weight on the same scale with the same clothes (none) at the same time of day since Jan 11, when I was 210.
Awesomeness now has a name. Let me introduce myself.

I'm not sure that even this is enough to bring Babs back.

Wait until I post the after pictures. Did I mention I'm doing a lot of ab work right now too?

As if. I've seen through the nikuman charade ever since it took him like two hours to jog a mile in Dallas.

                        210. The holidays were not good to me.

Shooting for 195. I think I'm going to sign on to this thing: www.stickk.com and give $100 to charity for every week I don't make my goal. (I got this idea from a book I'm reading--two professors agreed to pay each other $1000 for every week they didn't make their weight loss goal. Two years out, they're down 80 lbs and haven't seen a penny from each other. They also haven't gained any back, as gaining weight back triggered the $1000 penalty. Power of loss aversion. Worth a shot, I guess--I'm tired of bouncing around.)

At least the Big Ten went after a big-time addition in Nebraska; the Pac-10 wanted a game so badly, it added Utah

Hey, I meant to tell you I sent your sig line to Berry Tramel (he's Oklahoma's beat writer), because I figured he'd think it was funny. I told him apparently that line has made him the unlikely hero of BYU fans. He deadpanned, "hey, somebody's got to do it."

I'm just curious if the Pac12 writers are going to hold the line against him when the Big 12 makes an offer to BYU and Louisville.

I was down to 225 during the cuf biggest loser. I am now back to 243.

I am going to start Monday. My ultimate goal is 185 lbs.

That sounds kind of good. Do you just poor the hot sauce over the popcorn or what?
