    Yep.

If the notice cannot be delivered in person, it may be sent by registered or certified mail, with a return receipt requested."

If you're progressive from an individual liberty or civil rights standpoint, the LDS Church is a bad institution. It's that simple. And the 12, the President, etc. are bad people.

There it is, Mr. Monson, I dare you to excommunicate me for that.
You haven't asked to have your records removed? LOL, I guess I should have guessed you don't have the nuts to do so.

Maybe the bishop clicked on the little "return receipt" option on the email.

I am reading the same stuff. Also these blog people think this must have been done behind Uctdorf's back. Really? He is in the First Presidency, I think he is aware of what is going on people. Anyway, my two cents which don't mean anything, this is a bad thing (not just PR wise) for the church.

Just listened to Trib talk with Dehlin and Kelly. Pretty much the same stuff we've been talking about. But Kelly did mention both of her parents have been released from their callings and their temple recommends removed. She didn't provide any details, but if it's related to support for their daughter, that's just flat out wrong.

"...you pointy-headed autopsy nerd. Do you think it's possible for you to post without using words like "hilarious," "absurd," "canard," and "truther"? Your bare assertions do not make it so. Maybe your reasoning is too stunted and your vocabulary is too limited to go without these epithets."

I would be shocked, beyond shocked if church leadership went after parents for their children's conduct.

Now if it turns out the inuendo is untrue, I pretty much would hope people would ignore her (Kelly) in the future. If your cause is o piss poor you have to try and mislead people, find something else to do.

If she ends up being right, then I will have to start conceding church leadership is starting to lose common sense.

Kelly does not strike me as someone who would make that up. I'll take her word on that.

Look at the bright side: at least they knew their TRs were being jacked.

If I've learned anything the last two days it's that PR is not the Church's golden calf.

I was kind of listening to this in the background... Did Kelly say she is going to resign from OW?

Can't help but wonder if the temple recommend interview question regarding family affiliation will be altered in any way as a result of this and other more public excoms.
