Real talk: what a simpleton, basic-bitch-Mormon Tim Ballard is to pick Nephi as his fake crime fighting afterlife avatar. Not Alma the Younger, not Sam, not a stripling warrior, not John the Beloved, not Abinidi, not Coriantumr, but… Nephi. Very original. Might as well have been George Glass, you unimaginative ass…

So I guess there is another group in Utah raising money to fight human trafficking called Exitus. Sounds very similar to Ballard's OUR grift. Yesterday the leader was indicted on 30 felony fraud charges.

I don't doubt that they are grifters and engaging in criminal behavior. I do find it interesting though that Sean Reyes good buddy, Tim Ballard, gets off but a rival is getting indicted.

And more of the grift comes to light:

Ruby Franke, the popular family blogger recently arrested for child abuse allegations, received over $80,000 in Payroll Protection Program loans during the pandemic.

Records from ProPublica's PPP database show that Franke's company, 8 Passengers Productions LLC, received two $41,810 loans — the first was approved in April 2020 and forgiven in May 2021. The second was approved in January 2021 and forgiven the following August.

In total, Franke's company received $83,620 from the government's loan program, according to documents listed on ProPublica's database.

According to the database, 8 Passengers Productions had two employees and is in the "other motion picture and video industries." Cache Valley Bank was the lender, and the loan covered payroll.

The company, based in Springville where the family lived, was registered in 2016 under Franke's name, according to state records. However, in August 2022 its license in Utah expired after it was not renewed, just one year after the second loan was forgiven.

I believe he is referring to Elder Ballard, because clearly Tim Ballard is in the right here.

Yeah, I’m sure there are people who are glad their taxes went towards loaning Ruby Franke money so she could pay herself as the employee of her own LLC to produce content during the pandemic that YouTube would also pay her for when people gawked at her family. And I’m sure there are also people who were perfectly happy to forgive those same loans. All kinds of people out there…

you being unhappy about ppp as a program doesn’t make this a grift. is there any allegation she did not comply with ppp rules or that this should not have been forgiven? if not, who cares?
