I think it would be somewhat hilarious if everyone following Hank Smith told him that he was probably right to only follow the First Presidency and Q12, and then unfollowed him.
My son picked up a couple of Hank Smith CD's as a missionary, and I listened to one with him during a long drive we took together. It was very good - if you like the John Bytheway-ish style of story telling and working in a gospel message and learning with a good dose of humor and spirit. I could see the draw for the younger crowd.
But I could see him being completely capable of going weird as well. Too bad, I guess.Comment

Not sure if it's true, but I've read that it's a lot more expensive to keep them on death row and go through the process of appeals aimed at staying their executions. For me it comes down to whether we should aim for justice or revenge.
