Hmm. If he really wanted a gun fight why didn't he get out of the the vehicle with his gun out? I don't understand why he would get out of his vehicle with all the guns pointed at him and not holding a weapon if he truly wanted to go out in a blaze of glory. I wish there was audio for both stops. The theory is apparently that he lowered his hand and grabbed his side after he was first shot. Yeah, I can't imagine what is up for debate at this point. This is not an unarmed innocent black kid or a 12-yr-old with a toy gun. This is a guy with an expressed interest in engaging in a shootout rather than surrendering. He just resisted arrest and went on a high speed chase. He has a weapon, he refuses to get down, and refuses to keep his hands up. How on earth do you second guess the cops in a situation like this?
