"I abide by all of Nevada state laws. But I don’t recognize the United States government as even existing."

This is what constitution-loving patriots do, right? They refuse to recognize the very thing established by the constitution.

I am glad to see Bundy is committed to abiding by Nevada state law. Here is an except from the Nevada state constitution:

"But the Paramount Allegiance of every citizen is due to the Federal Government in the exercise of all its Constitutional powers as the same have been or may be defined by the Supreme Court of the United States;"

Very stupid statement. Too bad because I have empathy for his cause, but statements like this make it tough supporting him.

He reminds of Harry Reid and Eric Holder letting their mouths run wild withouth thinking. If all of them actually thought through what they were going to say and then said it, then it is really, really too bad.

I find it hilarious as I went through all the posts for this thread (Trying to see where I revealed my stance) and seeing the tantrum you threw to BYU71 when he raised the question on your stance on the subject.. Hell it takes up a majority of the pages on this thread..

Couldn't BYU71 make the same assumption of that towards you? Since every other post from you was how saving a species is the holy grail over cows and ranchers..

For me, its pretty simple and it is the only point I truly made known. I hate Reid. And his involvement that makes him look bad is hard to pass up..

He is really doing that? We give our politicians way, way too much power. They aren't nearly as smart at telling people what they can and can't do as they think they are. I wonder what poll he read to come to this conclusion?


Edit: Still believe what I just said. However, reading the actual statement, I now see what is being blocked is Bundy's "seized" cattle not Bundy's cattle. I am OK with Herbert's actions.
