Delta wifi is a tad better but it can be sketchy during the first minutes of flight. IT is rumored AA will have satellite wifi available next year."Guitar groups are on their way out, Mr Epstein."
Upon rejecting the Beatles, Dick Rowe told Brian Epstein of the January 1, 1962 audition for Decca, which signed Brian Poole and the Tremeloes instead.

As they should. The ban should have never happened in the first place.Originally posted by Topper View PostDelta wifi is a tad better but it can be sketchy during the first minutes of flight. IT is rumored AA will have satellite wifi available next year.Fitter. Happier. More Productive.

Unfortunately, SWA wi fi seems to be operable enough to allow you to post.Originally posted by creekster View PostI didn't receive an error message, as you surely realize from my comment that it opened for me, although I appreciate your technical help. I was really just venting my annoyance because SWA wi-fi seems to suck my laptop battery faster than any other while still providing what can only be called glacial transfer speeds.

it wasnt just the link. If you went to the home page and did a search for "race priesthood" the first hit was that article. but when you clicked on the article you would get the error message. someone should re-examine the article now and verify that nothing has been changed.Originally posted by SCcoug View PostThe problem was Topper's link was wrong.Fitter. Off topic regarding Gypsies. In 1967 when we lived in Turkey, my Dad (the whole family) was driving past a Gypsy caravan in our '64 Impala. A dog from the caravan ran out and chased the car, and was hit and killed. As a result of hitting the dog the right front tire went flat and my Dad kept driving. He drove on that flat tire for more than a mile to escape the Gypsies. As he got out to change the tire, the Gypsy Caravan crept closer and closer and my mom was getting very anxious about the impending meeting. Finally, my Dad got it changed and left the old flat tire on the side of the road, and booked it out of there. As a seven year old seeing my Mom acting scared, and my Dad furiously changing a tire to escape harm, left a huge impression on me. Gypsies have a bad reputation because they have earned a bad reputation.Originally posted by Topper View PostExcellent insights. And boy do the Germans loathe Turks. And everybody in Europe dislikes the Gypsies. The vagabond nature of the Gypsies makes them easy to dislike.Last edited by clackamascoug; 12-11-2013, 11:03 AM.

Nobody messes with gypsies unless armed and ready. They can be a nasty lot.Originally posted by clackamascoug View PostOff topic regarding Gypsies. Not to pile on, but I have been screamed at with the most hideous of foul curses by old gypsy babushki, and I am afraid to go anywhere near them- kids, adults, anyone. In meetings in private homes for sacrament meeting in Bucharest, when gypsy families would come in to investigate, and wander off into bedrooms and other rooms, the priesthood brethren would go tense.

I have been out of the loop for a while and I apologize for not wanting to go back and read up on what I have missed.
Has the church really come out and basically said the previous prophets got it wrong on the blacks and the Priesthood issue or are those who want them to say that interpreting what they have said to their liking.

This anecdote will likely blow some minds, but I've actually met several Gypsies who are warm, decent people. Some remain friends of mine to this day from my days spent kicking stray dogs in Bulgaria. We share the same biology, regardless of ideology. Believe me when I say to you, I hope the Gypsies love their children too.Last edited by HBCoug; 12-11-2013, 02:33 PM.
