There was a great deal of murmuring at Elder Anderson's mention of BYU basketball amongst the numerous righteous Ute fans where I attended. One former member of the Board of Regents at the U muttered something about leaving, but he stayed. I thought it was a noble exercise of faith amidst such blatant persecution."In conclusion, let me give a shout-out to dirty sex. What a great thing it is" - Northwestcoug

It's not my fault they aren't the equivalent of the all-blacks or a super bowl team.Originally posted by DU Ute View PostThere was a great deal of murmuring at Elder Anderson's mention of BYU basketball amongst the numerous righteous Ute fans where I attended. Knock it off. This board has enough problems without a dose of middle-age lechery.

I can understand the angst some Utes might feel. The reason BYU was mentioned is because they are receiving national attention due to a player that chose not to serve a mission.Originally posted by DU Ute View PostThere was a great deal of murmuring at Elder Anderson's mention of BYU basketball amongst the numerous righteous Ute fans where I attended. Pres Monson made staying single look pretty good tonight. "Men leave your carefree ways and freedom, give up all your fun toys, get married and join the rest of poor bastards". That may not be word for word but that's the message I got out of it.
