      I am just adding pellegrino's proposal as a filtering layer. The HCO would only deal what bishop's refer to them so they can fire most of there staff.

        I'll get behind pretty much any proposal that results in firing pretty much everyone that works there. Of course, I don't know of the ASB has enough jobs available for all of those people who enjoy getting a little authority and wielding it like they're gods.

          I might be mistaken, but as I understand it, a bishop can pull an EE at any point in the school year; it doesn't have to go to the Honor Code Office. The HCO is just an auxiliary means of reporting for students who don't know other students' ecclesiastical leaders. I wouldn't mind having the HCO as some sort of appeals board for EEs that had been pulled, however, my first preference would be an ability to appeal to stake leadership. If the EE is supposed to have some sort of religiously-inspired power of discernment attached to it, then let them do what everyone else would be able to do in a church disciplinary setting.
