Also, reference the general wickedness in the world and if possible, cite a few examples of people that do not like Mormonism...Prop 8 prostesters would work here if you are in a pinch.Fitter. Happier. More Productive.

I like to think one of the signs of the second coming were the Olypmics coming to Salt Lake City. I regret not volunteering back then, I was too worried about school and didn't know that there were going to give us a week off. Wish they had told us that earlier!
Anyway, I remember watching the opening ceremony and thinking how the whole thing was a metaphor for the restoration of the gospel and I immediately thought of Isaiah 2:2.Comment

This sort of topic is absolutely golden. The Church needs to keep the unusual stuff in the lessons. My AP US/European history and government teacher in high school used to love talking about Jesus descending from heaven into the middle of the stadium during opening ceremonies.
