Coker has a boathouse with a large pit BBQ grill. I'm also using the oven in the boathouse and at home, and the two portable ovens I have. 16 hours later and my butts are both at 165. We are supposed to eat in two hours. I just pulled them, wrapped and put in the oven at 400. I bought a beautiful tip yesterday. That is now on the smoker as my back up.

I was too busy to remember to take photos of all the meat, and I was so tired when I got home that just about every major muscle in my body cramped. I almost threw-up it hurt so bad when my inner thighs cramped in the night. I'm getting too old for this shit. Here's one photo after 8 hours of cooking.
