Have their been any cheats introduced to MW2?

I played some Enemy Territory at my last work and once people started using the cheats, it pretty much sucked.

I assume they keep MW2 locked up pretty well to prevent such things.

There are also a few glitches that people take advantage of. I don't know how he does it, but Little Robin has figure a few of them out. For example, there are 'elevator' glitches that will send you flying up into the air, way above the map, where you can plant a tactical insertion and snipe down on everyone below. There are also some spots off the map where the radiation will not poison you, thus allowing people to snipe from places most players wouldn't examine. Another cheat is nuke boosting, where friends join opposite teams (happens more in Free4All) and kill each other in the bushes until one person gets a nuke. LAME!

Yeah. I wish you would have been there for the Spas destruction, though - you would have loved it, since we tend to sprint to the same position on most games. This was on Karachi - we started at the spawn point in the back by the rubble and the chain-link fence. I sprinted to the center building like I usually do, killed the first person with the Spas, killed a second and a third, and then they all came back for more - and I killed them again. They finally killed me, but not until I had two killstreaks. It was nothing short of epic.

We were losing at the end of the game with 30 seconds left, something like 5200-7300, when I got my chopper gunner. I yelled for the rest of the team to take cover and hide, and then I started doing work. We won, 7500-7400, with like a second left.

The 7500-7400 wins are the sweetest (as the 7400-7500 losses are the most bitter). Sounds like you carried the game, because with a start like that, your team should have won by double, if there was anyone else worth their salt.

The next game on Highrise I went bonkers again, at which time the really skilled guy accused me of camping (in a good-natured way - not the typical flaming you get). I totally was, too, since every time I poked my head out he blew it off. So I just copped and just asked him to bring me some marshmellows to make S'mores with.

I went 33-7, but the skilled guy was that good. Seriously. He was consistently putting up 30+ kills, 10 or fewer deaths.

I seemed to be a magnet for game winning kills last night, Even when I was having a bad game. I completed about 5-6 kill cam challenges last night.

Hot Lunch can back me up on this, but last night we were playing with probably one of the best players I've ever seen. I have never seen anybody use an M16 like that in my life - you had no hope if he saw you first, and he usually would. Even if you saw him first he'd still usually kill you. Pretty cool guy, actually, in the lobby (and he had a hilarious exchange with a Level 70 10th prestige). His weakness, thankfully, was avoiding claymores. When he was on the other team, I would try to figure out where he was and then hang about at the other end of the map.

I was actually going to make a post about this dude. The guy was unreal with his M16. He played on our same team for awhile but for the last 5 games we played he was on the opposing team. The dude never finished with less than 25 kills and he didn't miss with his M16.

This come back that Niku had was a thing of beauty. Probably the best single handed come back I have been a part of. I was hiding in a corner just hoping nobody would find me because Niku was doing work. It was awesome. In the lobby the other team was so pissed.

I actually was really pissed that I didn't get the game-winning kill. I single-handedly bring us back from the brink of defeat in the last 30 seconds and some dufus who went 3-18 or something gets the last kill.

I watched some of the killcams just because he was so incredible to watch (also, to let him get to my claymore and die before it disappeared). Had sleight of hand pro and super high sensitivity (ftr, I play with mine at an 8 usually, but this guy was at 10) and was deadly accurate. I'm pretty sure he was using Stopping Power, but he didn't need it. He'd kill three or four people at once in beautiful fluid movements. I got the sense he wasn't even trying half the time, and probably could get a nuke any game he wanted if he cared.

So I was playing Hardcore TDM the other day, and someone on my team has the clan tag 'NIGG.' I ask him, "What does that mean?" knowing full well what it means. He says the N-Word, and I ask him to change his clan tag. He tells me to go eff myself. I tell him that he is a racist, and I will be gunning for him, regardless what team he is on. Game starts and I pop a cap into his head. The game goes on like that, as we are trading kills, and we are the only two dudes with mics. He tells me how uncool I am, and how I am ruining the game for everyone. I tell him that it is just one game, and that it is worth it to run the racists out town. He tells me that he is going to kick my ass in real life. I tell him to come up to South Central and try. He tells me that if I don't like his clan tag, that I should leave the game. I tell him that I'm not backing out of any game for some petty racist. Pretty amusing stuff.

After a while, hardcore gives you extra time in the penalty box for capping your own teammates. Hopefully there are no long-term damages, like getting banned from the servers. Then again, hopefully I won't have to do this often.

The only thing that got me any satisfaction at all was the fact that he kinda sucked at avoiding claymores (although I have made an art out of placing them - I put them in all sorts of random spots).

He was actually a pretty good natured dude in the lobby, too. Talkative, funny, but not a jerk (except to that 70th level 10th prestige jackass). That made it easy for me to make the wisecracks about marshmallows and having to leave to put out my campfire before the park rangers got angry.

That's pretty damn funny, Robin. One of the things that I was shocked about when I started playing with a headphone/mic was the blatant racism.
