I played last night with Tenveux and The Tick. We were on a roll, really fun games, and Tenveux had a couple near the end where he went like 32-9, 38-8, etc. I got attack dogs from a crate last night, and that was awesome. I'm now am one spy plane away from Ghost Pro. I'm loving the Commando again, but I'm finding that using it without scavenger is frustrating in TDM. I seem to run out of bullets.
FYI, anyone on my team, if I throw a care package for the next week or so, please take it. I've thrown about 20 of them this week, and no one takes them.
I got to level 50 again last night, but I'm going to try with everything I have to avoid the temptation to prestige again. I always plan not to do it, but once I have the option, I feel almost compelled to do it. What's worse is that this time I won't get another class slot opened up. I like having seven."Wuap's "problem" is that he is smart & principled & committed to a moral course of action. His actions are supposed to reflect his ethical code.

That was fun, that 38 kill game on TDM was my best ever. It could've been more as I was one kill away from a second chopper gunner and somehow died even though I started shooting before he came around the corner (my blackbird was on).Originally posted by wuapinmon View PostI played last night with Tenveux and The Tick. K/D is now at 1.7 in TDM and rising, no way I ever prestige.

Early report on the new map pack... I think they did a pretty good job. I had a few minutes to jump on and play a few games (I did Combat Training so I could explore the maps more than anything and pick the exact map I wanted to play) and here is my initial impression on the three of them that I played/explored:
Stadium:
This one was pretty fun. Very tight map. Reminds me of a mix between Nuketown and Carnival. Definitely more of a run and gun map, but with a few nice perches mixed in. I doubt you see many snipers though because the map is so tight. A lot of turns, not very open. There are also a few "vertical" spots in the map with quite a few ramps/stairs that make the map not so flat.
Kowloon:
Dark map similar to Underpass, but the board also plays similar to the Favela map in MW2. A lot of building, a LOT of stairs/ramps. Like Stadium, this is a pretty vertical map. There are quite a few open areas, but I can imagine this one turning into a campers dream. A lot of dark areas and turns, places to hide. This was my least favorite of the three maps I played, but it has potential, especially in more tactical games.
Berlin Wall:
Reminds me a little bit of Overgrown (the one with Grandma's house) and Strike from MW2 . Bigger map, definitely sniper ops in this one, but could be a lot of fun with the more tactical games.
Haven't played the snow base one yet, but I'm sure I'll check it out tonight. All three of the maps are definitely playable, though I think my favorite was Stadium.

Good speech there team captain next time throw in the spirit fingers and we will all be touched.Originally posted by wuapinmon View PostMan, I hope you go buy a PS3 so you can come join our fun and realize how truly good we are. You'd then understand why I care if my Sanjuanense brother is offended that I didn't get back to him. What we have on the PS3 is a team, not a collection of individuals.

I just played for about 45 minutes between school and work. Stadium is going to be the new nuketown. I've played 4 games on it out of about 8. I also played on Berlin wall, and the no mans land marked in red is a cool idea, but the sirens are the most annoying thing I've ever seen in cod. 2 guys on my team were dedicated to "getting those camping bastards" aka the auto turrets and went about 3-20 thinking they were players on the other team.Originally posted by Sizzle View PostEarly report on the new map pack... Tenveux, Tick, San Juan Sun, and I had fun tonight. Everyone had their moment in the sun, but San Juan was on fire. I think he went 23-1 one game.
I had my first Black Ops deathless game, 13-0 on Summit, followed two games later by a camping-bastard 9-0 on Nuketown."Wuap's "problem" is that he is smart & principled & committed to a moral course of action. His actions are supposed to reflect his ethical code.

SJS's KD is something like 1.75, the highest of the PS3ers, I believe. Anyone have something higher on Xbox?Originally posted by wuapinmon View PostTenveux, Tick, San Juan Sun, and I had fun tonight. Everyone had their moment in the sun, but San Juan was on fire. I think he went 23-1 one game.
