    2. I think only if you have or know someone who subscribes to Showtime and has Comcast or AT&T U-verse can you watch prior episodes -- they call it Showtime Anytime.
Can you just buy the episodes pay per view off of Amazon, iTunes, PSN?

      Roller Coaster.

Finale started out on a high...kinda dipped in the middle...and ended pretty stellar.

Loved season one, and I will be in for season two.

Pretty good first season. I'll be back. I enjoyed it much more than Dexter.

I loved it as well. Claire Danes character is spectacular. I was really hoping they would catch Brody.

After this season of Dexter, that is saying much. I have watched the first couple of episodes and enjoyed this series. I'll probably watch the rest at some point.

I am halfway through the series.

Man, I can't believe Dick Winters turned his back on the USA.

We watched the whole series on New Year's Day and last night. That is absolutely fabulous television.

                A few points:

                Spoiler for spoilers:
                • Claire Daines is amazing, but Mandy Pantankin is the best thing on the show. His face when he sees her in the hospital is acting perfected.
                • I don't buy that the daughter would keep dad praying to Allah from the mom. Anytime an adult says, "Let's keep this our little secret" red flags should go up.
                • Why kill Tom Walker?
                • I think it would've been a better show if Brody had blown himself up and then they spent next season trying to catch the mastermind Nazir.

Agree on most points. Claire Daines bugs me. and she is not hot.

I hate that in American television we are afraid to kill main characters. Next season will be boring.

I finished it over the break also.

Holy crap, I didn't realize until just now that Saul is Inigo Montoya. I agree with you that he is great.

Claire Danes blew me away, especially in the last few episodes.

                    Spoiler for more on claire:
That part in the last episode where she is on the Brody's front lawn trying to convince his daughter that he is a terrorist was amazing. You could see in her eyes where she is torn between knowing she is in the middle of a mental meltdown and her gut feeling that she is dead right. Terrific writing and acting.

My only minor gripe about the show is that this cat and mouse with Brody may go on so long that it gets boring. They will need to be careful next season.

It's kind of interesting that they have to figure out how to milk The Manchurian Candidate theme for several seasons -- the theme is much more suited to a movie than a TV show.

                      Spoiler for Ending:
One of the interesting things I read about this show is that they were still shooting it up until just a few weeks before it aired. I was thinking that maybe if it hadn't been picked up for a second season that they probably would have let Brody detonate the bomb inside the bunker. But obviously when they learned they had to milk it for another season they need to keep his character around.

Best new show of the year by far. I wish the end of the season would have gone a bit differently. Reading what Cardiac posted makes sense now of how some things sorted out.

I actually hoped that more would come of the professor and his wife who seemingly disappeared after she gave the description of Walker. I liked that angle and don't feel it got flushed out nearly enough.

I am looking forward to next season. Saul is my favorite character in a long time. The contrast between he and Claire Danes is very intriguing. Both with the same objective but clearly different way of accomplishing it. It's very cool.

I hope there is more Jessica Brody.

                          Spoiler for Homeland:
At the beginning of each show we are told that it's based on an Israeli series right? Probably the best way to know what was supposed to happen to Brodie is to find out what they did to that character in the original series. Not that everyone sticks to that format, yeah, I'm looking at you "The Killing".

Watched the first 2 episodes last night and really enjoyed them. Agree that Jessica Brody is hot, but damn, that haircut has to go. It's like a friggin' mullet for crying out loud.
So Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.

She cuts it in an episode or two, but I actually thought she looked better with it longer (although I believe it was actually a wig).

Jessica wants to get freaky and Mr. Brody would rather bop his bologna. I don't approve of this guy's decision making process.
