It helps if you stay at home and stay off your blog and don't do side projects and don't bask in the attention of being famous and just write. But, I know what Neil Gaiman said, "George R. R. Damn. What an opening scene. I'd say Cersei's hold on the throne is tenuous to say the least. She has a shitstorm coming her way, but she still has more wildfyre under the city. Seems like Jamie is going to have another choice to make.
So Jon Snow being a Targarayan has finally been certified.Part of it is based on academic grounds. Among major conferences, the Pac-10 is the best academically, largely because of Stanford, Cal and UCLA. “Colorado is on a par with Oregon,” he said. “Utah isn’t even in the picture.”

There's two seasons left. Cersei doesn't live past this upcoming season.
The Tyrells, Martells and Daeny will come from one side, the North comes from the other. Like the Mad King, Cersei has a hopeless situation.
The remaining intrigue for next season is how Jon and Sands deal with Littlefinger. Jon and Sansa have similar interests to Daeny, Oleanna and Dorne, but Littlefinger does not.Part of it is based on academic grounds. do they? i think they're content to remain at winterfell and prepare to fight the night king. littlefinger might inspire in sansa some greater aspirations, but jon doesn't have any interest in the iron throne. maybe when he learns that he's a targaryen (any chance that wasn't what was confirmed tonight? that could be an epic misdirection) he'll feel differently. also, that could have some interesting implications for fighting the dead: wielding lightbringer and other targaryen fire characteristics could really emphasize the azor ahai thing.Originally posted by Color Me Badd Fan View PostJon and Sansa have similar interests to Daeny, Oleanna and Dorne, but Littlefinger does not.Te Occidere Possunt Sed Te Edere Non Possunt Nefas Est.

interesting...you could be right. With Tyrion on his way back to Westeros, I'll be curious to see how the interactions between Lannister siblings plays out.Originally posted by old_gregg View Postjaime stabs cersei the mad queen next season, calling it now.“Not the victory but the action. Slim to none. The Tower of Joy was being guarded by Targaryen guards. Why would Rheagar commit his guard to protect Lyanna if it wasn't his child. Also the dialog between Ned and Lyanna where she says "You know he'll kill him" is referring to Robert who famously undertook the entire war when Rheagar abducted Lyanna from Winterfell. Robert was hell bent on destroying the entire Targaryen line which was highlighted by the scene when Ned resigned his post as Hand of the King in season 1 over Robert's plan to assassinate Danerys. Rhaeger set the guards to protect Lyanna and his child from Robert. The entire Tower of Joy makes no sense if Jon is not really Jonerys Starkgaryen, or maybe Aejon Starkgaryen. Jon's parentage is also why Ned takes his secret to the grave, to protect his sister's son as he promised.Originally posted by old_gregg View Post(any chance that wasn't what was confirmed tonight? that could be an epic misdirection)
EDIT: It is also no coincidence that Jon is named King in the North by *Lyanna* Mormont. There is a lot to the names of the characters as well, Lyanna means "God has answered", which fits Jon perfectly. Lyanna Stark gave birth to The Prince that was Promised as an answer to prophecy. Then Lyanna Mormont basically crowns him King of the North as an answer to unifying the north against the whitewalkers.
I pray for a glimpse of Azor Ahai, and R'hllor shows me only Snow.

Lyanna (both of them) provides the answer.Last edited by lambdacoug; 06-27-2016, 10:54 AM.Don't worry about people stealing your ideas. If your ideas are any good, you'll have to ram them down people's throats.

It makes Ned more of a hero. He takes on the damage to the relationship with his wife and it taints the outward appearances of his honor.Originally posted by lambdacoug View PostSlim to none. I think Daenarys will die at the end of the show. She sacrifices to free the slaves in Essos and she'll end up making more of a sacrifice to save the people of Westeros.Part of it is based on academic grounds.
