That wasn't the most unappealing nudity they've had. Although its funny how ugly the girls that Theon gets are.Ain't it like most people, I'm no different. We love to talk on things we don't know about.

Time to bring back that actress that played the prostitute that made the rounds with Theon and Tyrion and ended up in Littlefinger's brothel. I didn't mind her.Originally posted by falafel View PostThat wasn't the most unappealing nudity they've had. Among major conferences, the Pac-10 is the best academically, largely because of Stanford, Cal and UCLA. “Colorado is on a par with Oregon,” he said. “Utah isn’t even in the picture.”

As falafel mentioned, Roz is around. Last seen, if I remember correctly, with club in hand after being part of Tyrion's birthday present to his nephew King Joeffrey. Considering that scene, I wish they hadn't brought her back. Can someone explain something to me
Spoiler for spoliers:When the king and company are being attacked by the people, and they all rush to safety and the stark girl is being attacked, Tyroin yells at a man to go find the stark girl and he says he takes his orders from the King and the King refuses to say anything. That man looked like the same guy Tyrion kicked out and said had no honor, was he not? When did he come back?

I'm just glad he's getting work, it's been a couple years since Lost ended. What I don't get is why doesn't it just go kill all the "kings" so easily as that.Originally posted by MarkGrace View PostUh, what the crap was that smoke monster thing? Not sure I'm into that.

What I'm wondering is where did he go? Can she only "birth" him every so often? Did he return to her womb? Does he have a short shelf life?Originally posted by filsdepac View PostI'm just glad he's getting work, it's been a couple years since Lost ended. I agree. If its so easy for him to kill kings, then what's the hold up?

I did think immediately of Lost.Originally posted by filsdepac View PostI'm just glad he's getting work, it's been a couple years since Lost ended. What I don't get is why doesn't it just go kill all the "kings" so easily as that.
How fantasy-ish is this show going to get? Not sure I'm going to be into that angle of it.So Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.

I have to agree with Ox that I prefer the human element to the show. I didn't watch the show when it aired, because it was being billed as a fantasy show, and that's just not really my thing. I then watched the first season at the urging of a friend, and was pleased when what I had heard/read about the fantasy stuff seemed way overstated. We'll see how crazy they get with it.So Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.

Yeah this show has a human element and then some. It's pretty brutal and raw. That botched beheading?
Having said that, I watch each episode probably about 5 times before the next one airs.

Game of Thrones is not a fantasy that is driven by magic. There is far less magic than in LotR. It is much more a political drama in which magic is secondary player that very few understand and can manipulate. The main plot lines thus far (through book 5) are driven by people, not magic.Originally posted by MarkGrace View PostAnd Bran channeling dogs, or something like that.

Having read all the books so far, the fantasy aspect continues throughout the series to be a minor part of the story. It increases a little, but IMO, it's still really gritty, dark magical elements.Originally posted by MarkGrace View PostAnd Bran channeling dogs, or something like that.
