I have two game profiles running on my console. When I play with the kids, we use their profile. I like my own profile because I want to find all the mini kits and red bricks, do all the achievements, etc. Clone Wars has proven to be really fun.

Batman was one of my faves, too. Have you unlocked Ras Al Gul yet? My fave characters are Scarecrow (blows that scary dust at people), Clay Face because he jumps really high and looks cool, and Mr Freeze because he has the freeze gun. Also, when you play as the Joker, you can zap people with your handshake. very cool.

As does my son for Lego Star Wars/daughter for Lego Harry Potter.

      • FYI, the iPad app Lego Harry Potter is much different from the console game. Definitely worth the $3

        • Finished Portal 2 single player. Very fun. Obviously not as fresh as the original, but it continued the witty dialogue and dark sense of humor that made the first so great.

The puzzles were entertaining and some fairly challenging. The environments were spectacular and the story was pretty good too.

Now on to the co-op portion of our program.

That is definitely one that I want to get. It is too expensive right now though. I'll wait until I can get a copy for under $20

Can't you buy a used copy at gamestop?

                • when it comes to used games, KSL is a goldmine. Even a week after release you can find unopened copies for as much as $25 off.

                  • I think I posted this already but I wanted to reiterate that Dead Space 2 is a phenominal experience, and everyone should play both Dead Space 1 and Dead Space 2. DS2 is up there with the greatest video games ever in my opinion.

Dragon Age 2 - good game but definitely a let down from the first game. The dialogue trees moving to mass effect style was good, but way too much repetition and a really bad ending as well. Several buggy/glitchy quests as well that were really frustrating.

I'm playing a dungeon crawler called Torchlight that did pretty well on the PC. It's now been ported over to Xbox Live Arcade for download ($15). It's pretty much a cartoony-diablo. Very fun, but also very easy. Recommend you play it on hard difficulty.

Next game I am looking forward to is LA Noire.

                      • Madden Football for 23 years,

                        http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/mul...content.1.html

Fun to look back at all the covers and what features were released each year. 94, Team names and logos, 95 official team rosters, 2001 first athlete cover, 2003 online play........man I am getting old.

                        • Madden '94 was awesome. I loved playing as the 49ers. My favorite play was the end around with Jerry Rice. There was a glitch where if you sent him in motion and hiked the ball after he was past the QB, he would get around the end easily for a 20+ yard gain every time.

I've owned every iteration since 2004, and was every other year before that (alternating between Madden and NCAA). Once they added the import draft class features, I was good for both.

I haven't played a Madden game since NFL2K was released for the Dreamcast. 2K sports simply made a much better football game. NFL2K5 is the best NFL football game out there. It is a shame that Madden got the exclusive license because it killed the better game. There also is no real competition for Madden so the series hasn't really improved at all.

On the flip side, it was a shame that 2K got the MLB license as MVP Baseball 2005 was the best baseball game I've ever played.

I picked up NBA 2K11 (my main reason for getting the system) and Mass Effect. I'll probably get NCAA 2011 when NCAA 2012 comes out and it goes down in price or you can get a used copy cheap. I just can't justify paying full price for any game.
Assassin's Creed is pretty fun, and if you like RPGs, Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic is great. It was made for the original Xbox, but I believe it's compatible with the 360.
                              Not that, sickos.

I've played Knights of the Old Republic on the original xbox and really enjoyed it.

DDD how does Fallout 3 play in the third-person perspective?
