Looks like it will be McQueen's most approachable movie yet (his others are pretty tough viewing). I'm very excited for it.Originally posted by TripletDaddy View Postanyone planning on seeing 12 years a slave? looks interestingSo Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.

Loved it as well. Wasn't expecting to like it as much as I did. That last scene is so good.Originally posted by Surfah View PostPerks of Being a Wallflower. So good. This is 40 is great.Originally posted by Surfah View PostSince the Dodgers were losing we watched This Is 40 last night. I really liked it. I don't know what it says about me or Gidget or our relationship but we laughed throughout because we could relate to several scenes including the one where Paul Rudd hides out in the bathroom on his iPad.*Banned*

How many books do you re-read? And do you still borrow books from the library and not just download them?Originally posted by Surfah View PostThat's disappointing. Maybe I'll borrow it from the library then.I'm your huckleberry.

I rarely re-read books. To be honest the only book I have read multiple times for pleasure is To Kill a Mockingbird. Yeah I still borrow books from the library.Originally posted by FN Phat View PostHow many books do you re-read? Saw The Saratov Approach over the weekend. It's the second movie I've seen in the past couple of weeks where the ending music reminded me of the ending music from Inception. Captain Phillips was the other. As far as the movie itself, I was pleasantly surprised that it surpassed my expectations. IMHO, it's the best Mormon film produced to date.

Watched it last night. It was ok. I might be a little to homophobic for a movie like that. I also can't relate because I have never been an outsider, always one of the popular kids. With that being said, I imagine at least one gothic adolescent watched that movie and pulled the gun away from his head. So it served its purpose.Originally posted by Surfah View PostPerks of Being a Wallflower. So good. I fell in love with the three lead characters. I'm going to pick up the book.

Great review -- sounds like something Kenny Powers would have written.Originally posted by cougjunkie View PostWatched it last night. It was ok.
