A question for those who know photography: This pic has gotta be fake, right? I'm thinking somebody just tossed the ball up next to her.

I have no opinion. But I do wish I could run into Adrien Brody on the street somewhere so I could say "Hey, it's that guy from . . . from . . . Angels in the Outfield. It's Hammerlink!"

    • The auto setting looks like it has the saturation set a little higher than portrait. Orange lines, grass color, and lips seem to have more color, overall I prefer the auto. I've been taking pictures at my son's soccer games this year, and adding a bit of saturation in Lightroom in post seems to usually improve the image, even if it's less natural.

      • A link to a recent Facebook album (can't seem to link individual pictures from Facebook)? I'll have to remember to upload to Google+ instead.

I didn't have a tripod with me to play with time lapses for the waterfalls, instead tried to freeze the water. Sometimes more successfully than others.

          • A friend of mine in Sicily sent me this photo. He didn't take it, but it is an awesome photo. This is an approaching sandstorm that has crossed the Mediterranean Sea from the Sahara as it is approaching the small island of Lampedusa that is between Sicily and Africa.

              • This is one of my favorite threads. I enjoy looking at everyone's pictures. Great nature scenes, swamp thing. What kind of gear are you using?

                              I'll tell her that. Thanks.
You sure it was last year? I think she took it in the spring.
