Grand Junction to Green RiverOriginally posted by nikuman View PostNope. Done that too. Also done SLC to Laramie. Many times. I actually like the drive to Laramie. The drive to Reno sucks balls, but it's not even close to Vegas to Mesquite. Thanks for the well wishes, everyone (and thanks esp. for the greetings from the Middle East!). It was a strange but wonderful day, spending the morning in close proximity to the First Presidency, walking a truly beautiful bride down the aisle in a very beautiful setting (despite some of its historical shortcomings, La Caille and the surrounding gardens are really great), and then dancing the night away with the wife, daughters, and granddaughters to everything from The Way You Look Tonight to, yes, Gangnam Style. Interspersed between dances were conversations with a BYU football player and Thomas S. Monsen's home teacher.
One of the most unusual Sabbaths, ever, but an excellent day.

If anyone is equipped to handle such a full day, you are. You are deserving of the full life you experience.Originally posted by PaloAltoCougar View PostThanks for the well wishes, everyone (and thanks esp. for the greetings from the Middle East!). As much as I respect you, I will still bet you took a peak or two at the waitresses.
