For those among you who appreciate a really good, strong (which is to say bad) Quebecois accent, I recommend this song to you.

I discovered this guy on my mission (I know, not your typical mission fare). He is not a bad blues guitarist/singer. But the thing I like is his sense of humor. but man, does he ever have an incredibly strong accent. If you speak french but not quebecois, dont even try.

This song is sort of a humorous musical take on marriage inspired, perhaps, by bergman's film. Wow, what an accent.

    PLesa excuse the tpyos.

Wow. You weren't kidding when you said, if you don't speak Quebecois don't try it. I loved the music, but barely understood a word and not enough to make sense of it. That said, I liked the music.

Upon rejecting the Beatles, Dick Rowe told Brian Epstein of the January 1, 1962 audition for Decca, which signed Brian Poole and the Tremeloes instead.

Venmo is a service of, or owned by, PayPal. Why can't people just use PayPal instead of asking me to set up a new Venmo account?

Is there an easy paypal mobile option? Venmo is easy. Why won't you just sign up already?

I need to pie someone tomorrow. NIce person that I am, I dont really want to pick the person to pie. So I'm putting all of the candidates names in a box and will pick one. I am also a candidate. Would be funny if I have to pie myself.

Utah Woolen Mills. Nice clothes, but holy crap. Do people really regularly spend that much on clothes, and is it worth it?

                    Times in Egypt are deteriorating.

Egypt's government has long subsidized everyday needs like food and electricity. But the economy is in terrible shape and austerity measures are making it hard for the poor to afford even the basics.

After the Egyptian government loosened exchange rates this month, the official value of the Egyptian pound plunged by almost half. One U.S. dollar bought less than nine Egyptian pounds before the devaluation, and these days buys more than 17 pounds. That means that anything imported — from sugar to medicine — became much more expensive and many items disappeared from the market.

                      Generation Gap:

My husband and my son were watching some action flick on TV, and the bad guy gets unceremoniously turfed out a window. My hub and son exclaim at the same time.

                      Husband: "Goodnight Irene!"
                      Son: "Bye Felicia!"

You husband remembers a 1934 expression from Lead Belly?

That film is a bit old. How old is your son? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=giC3GmKbzvI

Talk about a generation gap. I have never heard the phrase "turfed out the window".

So recently my mind has been reading Lebowski's posts in the voice of a fresh-faced college freshman in the middle of an Intro to Logic course. Every time he drops a reference to a strawman or red-herring I picture him tabbing over to his definitions list to make sure he got the zing down correctly. It makes his posts really entertaining.

If I had a gun to my head and was forced to pick between pushing a button that would kill Matt Walsh and pushing a button that would kill David Avocado Wolfe, i'm not sure I could do it. But I would try everything possible to stumble and accidentally push both buttons simultaneously.

I had to google David Wolfe. I now see your predicament.
