    DDD is dead to me

This is an official announcement that I'm done with DDD. The individual who claims to be the father of triplets has finally made it clear that he exists only to get a rise out of posters he dislikes. He is the best troll I have ever seen, exhibited by his ability to find out what bothers his adversaries the most and constantly hammer it until, in his mind, he wins.

In my case, he knows it bothers me when people seek out personal information about me or my family. As such, he has lately started making digs about the fact that my wife was selling some stuff from around the apartment during a time when we were not doing so well financially. He knows this annoys and angers me, and finds enjoyment in that fact.

It's somewhat disturbing behavior, to tell you the truth, but as he is loved on this board, I realize I will not find many who agree with me.

Anyway, the point here is that, much like I did with Max Power on CB, I am unofficially ignoring DDD. I'll still read his posts, but I will never again directly address him. I figure it's the best way to deal with his desperate pleas for attention.

Thank you all for your time. I figured making this public would help me in my quest.

And may I add that I find 9 out of 10 CUF posters to be great individuals, and I have no feelings of malice towards them. Even when I disagree with these people on political or religious issues, I can respect them.

Unfortunately, DDD has established a consistent pattern of being a "1 out of 10" person. I'm sure he will be flattered. I don't care.

Farewell, DDD. I will miss you, but I hear 'tis better to have loved and lost, than to never have loved at all.

If it makes you feel any better, I don't like him either.

            LOL. My thoughts exactly.

I am betting that this lasts a week or so. Pretty soon we'll start seeing posts where he indirectly replies to he who will not be named DDD.

              JohnnyLingo,

So, he got under your skin a few times. Let it go. The man has a master wit and I assure you that if you had messaged him in private and had told him that some of his digs were offsides, he would've relented and maybe even offered an apology, perhaps even a sincere one. He can't help himself; a talent like that can't be throttled easily.

He is a pissy little doggie, but as much as a newbie like me can say this, he's our pissy little doggie.

If this is true, you should know there was a post a few months ago that included personal information about he and his family, and he went crying to the mods to have it edited, and the next day, this Privacy Policy post was born.

DDD is notorious for dishing it out but being unable to take it back. If you feel he's violated the Policy, tell the admins. Maybe it's a phantom statute governed by cronyism, maybe it's not.

For the record, the instigation of the CUF Privacy Policy had nothing to do with TD. We hammered away at that thing for a long time before we posted it.

You have to look for the fun in it. I have fun going back and forth with the Triple DDD guy. Who cares what he does in his own mind. At some point, yes the back and forth does get tiring, then you drop it and don't worry about if he and SU think he won. It isn't like some trophy or cash prize is handed out.

This is all news to me. Are you referring to the post where you claimed that I am David Blood working at Latham and Watkins?

If this is the post Fiyero is referring to, I actually thought it was a post in poor taste and I PM'd DDD and I asked if he would like me to remove it. DDD did not care either way. So for the record DDD did not go crying to me or any other person to have it removed.

If I am not mistaken, it went down something like this...

                            1. CUF was fairly new and ute4ever came here, registering as Fiyero.
                            2. He was mad about Utah's ranking vis a vis SC's ranking. He kept trying to get a rise out of me, but it didn't work.
                            3. I guess he thought to go for the jugular by posting my name (David Blood), my wife's name (I think?), that I worked for Latham & Watkins, etc.
                            4. Several folks PMd me about it, but I think I communicated with you that none of that stuff in the boardmail was even accurate. Basically, in an attempt to be malicious, Fiyero fell totally flat.
                            5. Since the info was not accurate, I don't recall demanding that it be deleted (I am basically posting the same info in this post here).
                            6. Fiyero left CUF for awhile because he was angry that people kept calling him ute4ever.

Listen, people take digs at me at all the time. I don't run away and cry about it. I have never asked the mods to punish anyone. And I can spell "ominscient."

Yes, this is the one. Fiyero is being coy, generically referring to a random post against me, when in fact, it was his post, as a result of yet another meltdown. I was wrong, it was not JeffLebowski, but Surfah that contacted me. I told him not to worry about it.

Fiyero, are you having a bad day again?
