My oldest kid was MAJOR turd just before Christmas last year (punched two holes in the wall, punched his 4 year old brother in the face, etc) so we took back the PS3. I was sad.

We were looking at getting an Xbox this year but had second thoughts when all three boys earned their way onto the naughty list. Again, I was sad.

My wife just called me and said, "I changed my mind. I want to get an Xbox because I want to get it for YOU!" :rockon1:

Thanks for the link, I will put it to good use!

        .
Parenting =sacrifice sometimes. I even referenced losing the PS3 in the 'Letter from Santa'. Cold hearted, I know.

Remember how Bish lost his flat screen to his bickering children just before Christmas last year? Oh the memories.

While in total awe of this amazing device I unintentionally attempted to pass a TSA check point with the Wenger in my luggage. Well lets just put it this way, the US Supreme Court just ruled that I'm the only guy in the country which no longer has ANY protections under the constitution. I'm writing this review on toilet paper from my cell at Guantanamo and will have to do unspeakable things to get this review carried back to the states and posted on Amazon.

                • Guys, do you like to give as well as receive? ( not THAT, sickos! I'm talking about stocking stuffers as gifts!!!)

I need to pick up some stocking stuffers for MMM. Stocking stuffers are my least favorite things to purchase. They are mostly a w.a.s.t.e., especially for adults, but I feel obligated to buy them....pieces of fruit, dental hygiene tools, miscellaneous candy, other odds and ends....wtf? What sorts of things to you guys receive and what have you picked up for your wife? I know some of you buy cans of cheese for your wife. What other sorts of things would be good idea? I'd like to go a different route this year.

                  • My bishop announced that for those willing to give there were some families in the ward that could use some help this Christmas. My deacons decided they could help so we cooked up a service project to earn a little cash. The project? They came to my unfinished back hard (I do have the deck and hot tub in place) and picked rock for an hour. In forty minutes they had filled the beds of two trucks. I gave them some cash for their work which they presented to the bishop.

As a reward I'm throwing them a pizza/hot tub party. I would really like to get each kid a little gift. Cheap is good in this case. I thought maybe some dress socks would be cool and help fix the problem some seem to have wearing white socks with dress shoes. Anyone have another suggestion?

On Tuesdays at Whole Foods in Trolley Square (don't know about other locations) all their soap/bath stuff is 30% off. They have these "bath bombs" that my wife loves to use when she gets in the tub - basically makes the water scented.

I can't get my wife this, because she already got one at a white-elephant gift exchange we attended on Friday.
