That may be... but it is one brand that fits me! And I'm glad it's also pretty cheap. I went nuts getting one of every color of their basic dress shirts that 1. fit/look better than banana republic's dress shirts and 2. cost about $50 less.

It is weird that utah is going ape shit over a store like that. I hate it when Utah does that. Krispy Kreme is the last example I can think of... And cowl-neck sweaters?

Also, I went Christmas shopping today (actually visited H&M) too. What the hell is up with all the men's sweaters? Cowl neck sweaters for men? Must be in this season because they're everywhere.
I arrived at the mall and the line was over 75 minutes to get in. Looked like a line at Diz. I turned around and left.

I'm not taller than 6 feet and dnt weigh over 200 lbs, so I don't share your concerns, but you are right, the styling is meant for slim fit type clothes, not bigger dudes.

I think the rest of your post illustrates that you are not really that confused, you are right... It is an Old Navy concept. Do you buy things at Old Navy? Does your wife? If so, then what don't you understand? You buy really inexpensive clothes that are generally only a season behind, max. And you replace them often. Again, much like Old Navy. But with a nod towards couture style. Some of it is Euro, not all.

The sweaters are cool but those are from at least last year. They are not new. what kind of sweaters do you wear? The same ones in your closet for the next 8 years? Change it up and move away from the solid blue v neck sweater that you wear with an unbutton light blue shirt.

H&M has a lot of support in the clothing industry because it is a way to introduce different designs to the masses without having to charge a fortune. For example, this season Versace is doing a line at H&M. In the past, Martin Gordon has done some stuff, Andrew Marc, to name a few. These are guys that make pretty go end clothes but have cut patterns for HM so people can try out their stuff and not break the bank.
        Fitter. Happier. More Productive.

          Did you know?

The National Christmas tree that is en route to DC was cut from a secret location around Marsupial's home town of Sonora, CA.

I shop at H&M and Old Navy. My point was many don't treat H&M as Old Navy.

As far as sweaters, Gidget has bought every sweater I have since we have been married. So I have v necks, round necks, solids, and stripes, of various fabrics. The cowl neck sweaters are very feminine. I saw a guy wearing one today and it was nearly off the shoulder. It made me think he pulled it right out of his girlfriend's closet.

I did know that. Pretty cool.
What's to explain? It's a bunch of people, most of whom you've never met, who are just as likely to be homicidal maniacs as they are to be normal everyday people, with whom you share the minutiae of your everyday life. It's totally normal, and everyone would understand.

Does H&M sell the 1998 Abercrombie sweater with the stripes just below the shoulders on the sleaves? I've been waiting for those to come back ever since Old Navy stopped making them circa 2003.
Part of it is based on academic grounds. Among major conferences, the Pac-10 is the best academically, largely because of Stanford, Cal and UCLA. “Colorado is on a par with Oregon,” he said. “Utah isn’t even in the picture.”

We had a nice fall day today (high 50s), so I began the yearly battle- Griswold Vandelay vs. Christmas lights.

No matter how neatly I put the lights away each year, it always seems to be a rat's next when I open them the following season. Adding to the degree of difficulty, my wife decided she didn't want an every other bulb pattern, but 2 whites then two reds (much like Killerdog, she is a fan of the red-white color scheme).

Like good ole St. Nick, up on the rooftop I went. I don't mind the front and sides of house, because my body weight is perpendicular to roofline. The back of my house in another matter. It is tall (the pictures don't do it justice), and scarier each winter.

After 4 hours, as the dark, and a little rain, descended I had 90% of the house done.

I still need to finish the lower roof and some decorations around the upper windows, but most of the heavy lifting is done. I won't start lighting them until after Thanksgiving (early lighting is nearly as tacky as year around bulbs on the home).

A guy down the street from me has an awesome wood-paneled garage with a couple courses of ceramic tile on the bottom section of the walls. I'm extremely jealous.

Beautiful precision, Bish. And thanks for not stringing lights down as to start a new row on a different line of the roof or your landscaping.
