Dude, it is time to move on... The American language has evolved: http://grammar.about.com/od/grammarf...sitionmyth.htm Of course, many today just say "... where u at?" for brevity.

While it seems redundant the 'at' and the end may imply a question of time in addition to location. This seems to be logical given that gas prices do vary by both time and location. So the title could be changed to something like:

"How much is the price of gas in your location at the current time?"

I would actually prefer something more like:

    "GasPrice(x, y, z, t)?"

for the title given I am into the whole brevity thing and prefer calling you "Dude" or "JL".

Just when you thought gas prices were going to come back down....

OPEC oil talks collapse, no output deal

VIENNA (Reuters) – OPEC talks broke down in acrimony on Wednesday without an agreement to raise output after Saudi Arabia failed to convince the oil cartel to lift production.

"We were unable to reach an agreement -- this is one of the worst meetings we have ever had," said Ali al-Naimi, oil minister for Saudi Arabia, OPEC's biggest producer.

The failure to do a deal is a blow for consumer nations hoping the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries would take action to stem fuel inflation.
It also underlines concerns about OPEC's willingness to help control prices, perhaps leaving the oil market more open to speculative attack.

"It is absolutely amazing," said Alirio Parra, Venezuela's former OPEC president. "This is not market leadership.
Brent crude rose $1.30 a barrel to $118.08.

The United States had put pressure on Saudi to deliver a credible deal to cap crude prices and underpin faltering economic growth.

The GM chief thinks it should be a $1 higher...

General Motors Co. CEO Dan Akerson wants the federal gas tax boosted as much as $1 a gallon to nudge consumers toward more fuel-efficient cars, and he's confident the government will soon shed its remaining 26 percent stake in the once-bankrupt automaker.

    [...]

And while he is eager to say goodbye to the government as a part owner of GM, Akerson would like to see it step up to the challenge of setting a higher gas tax, as part of a comprehensive energy policy.

A government-imposed tax hike, Akerson believes, will prompt more people to buy small cars and do more good for the environment than forcing automakers to comply with higher gas-mileage standards.

Yeah, that's great and all, assuming i'm not part of the crowd that can no longer afford to fly or drive.
