I remember reading something about the BYU law school including Steve Young's salary into their metrics in the year that he graduated. I guess he was still playing for the 49ers when he finished law school.Originally posted by Surfah View PostI remember the Geography Club at BYU had a poster trying to draw in some new blood that listed Michael Jordan as a geography major and his salary."Discipleship is not a spectator sport. We cannot expect to experience the blessing of faith by standing inactive on the sidelines any more than we can experience the benefits of health by sitting on a sofa watching sporting events on television and giving advice to the athletes. And yet for some, “spectator discipleship” is a preferred if not primary way of worshipping." -Pres. Uchtdorf

to clarify - community pharmacist = lack of stress. With one additional clarification. If you second guess yourself, you can't be a pharmacist. You can't go home at night and wonder if you filled this or that script wrong. If you can't shut that part of your brain off, you can't be a pharmacist. Probably 10-15% of my wife's graduating class never got their licenses to practice. A lot of them are drug reps. That's a whole lot of education to be a drug rep...Originally posted by doctorcoug View PostLack of stress? Tell that to the pharmacist that I consulted to run a highly dangerous drip on for a patient that could have bled to death by sneezing on her. That is stress.
The strange thing is that the community pharmacists get paid significantly more than hospital pharmacists.Last edited by statman; 05-11-2010, 07:41 PM.
